THE PARTY More than 300 attendees dressed in their cocktail best gathered at Hotel Jerome to support Ascendigo autism services for the fifth annual Light It Up Blue Aspen benefit. Skier Chris Davenport brought a dose of local celeb appeal, helping facilitate a live auction. Winners took home packages including a day of skiing with champion ski racer Bode Miller and a guest racer spot with Oracle Team USA at the America’s Cup World Series. THE GUESTS Star-studded co-hosts included athlete Miller and Drs. Jennifer Berman and Andrew Ordon from Emmy Award-winning talk show The Doctors. THE HIGHLIGHTS The Monster All-Stars, featuring members of Fuel, Puddle of Mudd, the Ted Nugent Band, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Blind Melon, put on an energetic classic-rock performance. Guests sipped on Woody Creek Distillers cocktails and JaM Cellars wines paired with a sumptuous menu of passed hors d’oeuvres and stations curated by Hotel Jerome’s own chef Rob Zack. –Photos by Hal Williams
