California beach culture meets Aspen’s love of Après-ski with the new limited-edition Snowmobile Snow Sled from FUNBOY and Aviator Nation. Working hand in hand, the brands intertwined their love of vintage ski gear and snowmobiles for a bold and vibrant collaboration. FUNBOY’s best-selling original snowmobile styled sled is complete with signature Aviator Nation artwork designed by founder Paige Mycoskie. “Some of my favorite memories over the years involve flying down a snow hill on a sled with friends and family so I thought it would be fun to team up with FUNBOY to create a rad snow sled,” shares Mycoskie. “When it comes to inflatable rafts FUNBOY is the best, so I could not be more stoked to work with them on this fun project. The days of boring sleds are over, I will definitely have the FUNBOY x Aviator Nation snowmobile in my yard this season.”
The sled boasts a reinforced rubber base, 12’’ air cushioned ride, hand pull rope and dual handles. Fit for up to two, the sled inflated (and deflates) within minutes and can withstand temps down to -25 degrees. The collection is available for presale online and select Aviation Nation stores in December with limited quantities. “Stopping by the Aviator Nation store in Aspen has always been a highlight of our founding team’s Aspen trips,” says FUNBOY co-founder Celeste Barrett. “We’ve admired the vintage snowmobile and ski gear in the window displays and now we’ve created with Paige and the Aviator Nation team the quintessential winter snow sled that perfectly pairs with the Aviator Nation winter collection,” adds co-founder Max Barrett.
