The Hotel Jerome’s new lounge, tucked below ground in the restored The Aspen Times building serves craft cocktails and gourmet nosh from executive chef Rob Zack. 330 E. Main St., 970.429.1665
From top: Shrimp and grits and a chicken liver pate board from Aspen Public House; the restaurant is also open for breakfast; pony up to the Aspen Public House bar for craft cocktails.
Aspen Public House
This new food concept from Bill Johnson, owner of Basalt’s Capitol Creek Brewery, has taken over the corner spot of Hyman and Mill. It serves full breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a few fast favorites such as the local’s lunch burger. Alongside salads, soups and sandwiches, the bar will run late into the night, with its signature cocktails as well as Capitol Creek’s Green Drake IPA. 328 E. Hyman Ave., 970.710.7026
