BOSQ
Located across from Wagner Park, BOSQ boasts an intimate patio where customers can catch a little afternoon sun while dining on Chef Barclay Dodge’s popular bites. The patio features accents of greenery and mountain views, ideal to compliment the Chef’s dishes, like chilled glacier bay oysters, lobster grilled on juniper branches and harissa lamb tartare. Each plate also highlights ingredients from local farms and global street markets. 312 Mill St., 970.710.7299, bosqaspen.com

Casa Tua
This spot serves delectable Northern Italian dishes from their picturesque outdoor patio on the Cooper Avenue pedestrian mall. Shaded by large umbrellas, the dining area is enclosed with wooden boxes of seasonal botanicals with twinkle lights strung above to create a whimsical atmosphere. Guests can also enjoy plates like veal milanese orecchia d’ elefante and the wagyu burger with truffle fondue on the back patio, with views of Ajax Mountain. 403 S. Galena St., 970.920.7277, casatualife.com

Ajax Tavern
Situated at the base of Aspen Mountain, customers can soak up a warm afternoon or evening while taking in the views of the exquisite, green landscape under umbrellas and sparkling string lights. Taste one of their signature cocktails, like the frozé or Aztec River with thai chili infused tequila, while biting into a wagyu beef bolognese or kale and quinoa caesar salad. 675 E. Durant Ave., 855.920.4600, thelittlenell.com

Betula
Savor gourmet French Pan-American cuisine from Betula’s rooftop patio this spring. With Ajax mountain as the backdrop, indulge in Chef Laurent Cantineaux’s bites, including striped bass ceviche, suckling pig pork confit and black forest chocolate tart. Also, don’t forget to cheers with one of Betula’s signature cocktails, like the french coupe with botanist gin and bubbles. 525 E. Cooper Ave. #201, 970.922.8103, betulaaspen.com
