Intro to Sparkling Wine/Champagne with Oysters and Party Snacks

Chuck oysters with Executive Chef David Viviano of the St. Regis and learn how to saber a bottle of champagne with advanced Sommelier Leeann Kaufman, a local "bubble" junkie.

Wine in Heels are social events for women to taste, learn and indulge in the senses. Events are 2 hours in length consisting of 45 minutes for education on the evening's wine selection, 30 minutes for the chef's food pairing presentation and the rest for socializing and questions. Following the event, an eBook with all the wine information and recipes from the chef is emailed to each guest.

Wine selections are dependent upon the class subject and food choices. Each class includes at least 3 choices of wine to pair with light entrees. During the class, women learn why these 3 wines were chosen, a little history behind the wines, how to taste and appreciate the wine selection and learn a few wine etiquette Do's & Don'ts.
