Grand Cochon is among the finale events at the Annual Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, the nation's premier culinary festival. In this year's event, the chefs battled it out in front of an audience of 400 pork-loving epicureans and 20 celebrated judges to compete for the title, "King or Queen of Porc". Guests sampled more than 30 chef dishes, butcher demos, reserve wines, craft brews, mixologists, artisan cocktails, mezcals, and tar tare bar. The event ended as Adam Sobel celebrates his victory and was crowned king in this year's cook-off.
