THE PARTY
Luxury fur retailer Yves Salomon and local nonprofit Challenge Aspen partnered together with Aspen Magazine for an exclusive VIP shopping event at Casa Tua. Guests had the privilege to shop Yves Salomon’s fall/winter collection, as well as exquisite jewelry pieces from the Jane Berg Collection.

THE HIGHLIGHTS
Guests tried on fur coats, vests and elegant jewelry pieces in between Champagne toasts and bites of tasty canapes prepared by Casa Tua, such as arancini with roasted tomato sauce, salmon crostini with lemon crème fraîche, goat cheese-stuffed dates and croque-monsieurs. The popular local Josefina Méndez Jazz Band played classic songs throughout the evening. A percentage of proceeds from the party were given to Challenge Aspen, a local nonprofit based in Snowmass Village with the mission to make winter sports available to kids and adults with disabilities. -Photography by Stacey Stuart
