2 pts El Tesoro Blanco or Reposado
½ pt Fresh Lime Juice
½ pt Passionfruit Puree
Pinch of salt
Grapefruit Soda
Garnish: Grapefruit Peel, spiced salt rim


Fill a highball glass with ice, add fresh lime juice, a pinch of salt, El Tesoro™ Blanco or Reposado tequila and passionfruit puree. Stir until chilled. Top with grapefruit soda and garnish with a grapefruit peel.

Spice Rim
Pinch of ground sea salt
Pinch of dried, crushed ancho chilies

Pinch of crushed demerara sugar

2 pts El Tesoro Blanco
¾ pt Blanc Vermouth (rec. Dolin)
¼ pt Elderflower liqueur
Garnish: Olive and Sage

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice, stir until chilled and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a sprig of sage through a pitted olive.

Santa Rosa

1 ½ pt El Tesoro Blanco
¾ pt Fresh Lime Juice
¾ pt Aperol Aperitivo
½ pt Peach Liqueur (rec. Combier or Giffard Peche)
Garnish: lime wheel and edible flower (rec: white snap pea flower)

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with lime wheel and flowers.
