Citizens of Humanity makes its way to the Roaring Fork Valley with its first brick-and-mortar store, HUMANITY, in Aspen, opening December 22nd. Going beyond its denim, the storefront boasts a variety of new products—from home goods, wellness finds and beauty accessories to a brand-new fleece collaboration—the space brings its free spirit to the mountains.

“Aspen made for the perfect location for our first store as it’s an international hub for so many cultures and people of different backgrounds,” says Creative Director of Branding Jared Freedman. “A place where people from all over want to spend their enjoyable time. We didn’t necessarily think our first store needed to be in a major city, but rather in an area that brings people together and has a strong sense of community.” Capitalizing on its sense of community, the brand is set to work hand in hand with a variety of partners to produce special in-store experiences to give customers an inside look into the brands and why HUMANITY loves them.

As for what’s new to the rack? Customers are invited to shop from the new launch of the eponymous fleece collection in collaboration with the Haas Brothers, a duo of eccentric Los Angeles sculptors and multimedia artists. Drawing inspiration from vacation souvenirs, the drop will be comprised of unisex hoodies and sweatpants with original and exclusive Haas Brothers designs. For traditional favorites, the store will also offer a variety of products from beloved brands like JUD knitwear, Saya skincare, Live the Process activewear and more. In true Citizens of Humanity fashion, the brand has curated unique and authentic products from all over the world.
