Aspen draws in top musical acts year after year, and what is summer in the mountains without live performances? Fortunately, there’s an exciting schedule of live music events on the horizon. From summer staples like JAS Aspen/Snowmass and the Aspen Music Festival to newer events like Jas Cafe and Bluegrass Sundays, there’s plenty of talent to enjoy. Here’s how to experience live music in the perfect settings this summer.
Aspen Music Festival & School
The AMF remains one of the most esteemed classical music festivals in the United States. Live shows return from July 1 to August 22. Belly Up
The lineup at Belly Up this summer has something for everyone and will surely prove worth the wait. JAS Aspen/Snowmass
Jas Aspen Snowmass is exceeding all expectations for the Labor Day Experience this year. The artists performing at the concert series include Kings of Leon, Eric Church, Sheryl Crow, and Stevie Nicks, among others. In addition, Jas Aspen is rolling out newer events. Snowmass Free Concert Series
The Snowmass Concert Series is a cherished 28-year-old tradition that will run this year from June 10 to August 26. Wheeler Opera House

Bluegrass Sundays
From July 11 through September 26, bluegrass musicians will host open-air concerts at the top of Aspen Mountain on Sunday afternoons.
