After a long wait, this summer marks the 18th Annual Aspen Arts Festival, July 17-18, in the heart of downtown. The festival is part of the Howard Alan Events’ (HAE) Colorado Summer of Art Tour and locally benefits the Aspen Chamber Resort Association.
Collectors will find 100 prominent local, national and international artists, showcasing work from all media—including sculptures, paintings and more. Artists also will create original works all weekend long, and patrons can take a behind-the-scenes look at the creative process and mingle with the artists. This year’s incredible lineup of artists includes Peter Freischlag, Kenneth Halvorson and Jennifer Lashbrook.
