Wild Feast with Wilderness Workshop

By Christine Benedetti | June 26, 2019 | Parties

To raise money to protect Colorado's public lands, Wilderness Workshop hosted its annual gala at the Caribou Club. Well-heeled gusts mingled in Caribou Alley before moving downstairs for a seated dinner. Feautred speaker Jessica Loya, of GreenLatinos, spoke about inclusivity and environmental justice and Executive Director Will Roush honored U.S. Forest Service manager Karen Schroyer with an emotional speech. The three-course dinner was locally sourced, featuring fresh made grain breads, centerpiece build-your-own-salads and Colorado trout and beef.
