Day of Rosé - Shining Stars Foundation

White, pink and floral prints were ubiquitous throughout the perfectly lit backyard of Laura and Warren Kruger’s cabin on the grounds of the Roaring Fork Club. With a sushi bar made entirely of ice, rosé and tequila flowing almost as abundantly as the Roaring Fork River itself, and gorgeous artistic creations in every nook and cranny, this event was truly breathtaking. The billowing white tent, crystal chandeliers and flower-studded decorations provided a stunning setting for an auction benefitting the Shining Stars Foundation, which included priceless items like two plane tickets destined for any location in the world and a jaw-dropping, one-of-a-kind gold diamond necklace. Partygoers were incredibly generous, each outdoing the next with donations to help provide relief to terminally ill children and their families. It was an inspiring evening; so much so that after Laura and Warren’s heartfelt speech, there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. While this extravagant event boasted the abilities and talents of Laura Kruger and her honorary committee, the true meaning behind this celebration shone through brilliantly—the Aspen community is always willing to go the extra mile in order to provide for those in need.
