A sizzling Miami import is heating things up in Aspen. Ski and be seen at CHICA, the newest restaurant from 50 Eggs Hospitality Group, taking guests through a culinary journey of flavor. Located right off the ski lift at the renowned Residents at The Little Nell, the hotspot boasts indoor and outdoor dining with an expansive patio space, outdoor bar, and breathtaking views of Aspen Mountain. Serving an array of show stopping dishes created by celebrity chef Lorena Garcia, CHICA’s playfully, vibrant atmosphere is not to be missed.
CHICA’s jaw-dropping design was the vision of Rockwell Group, an acclaimed design firm who created a rich blend of contemporary and traditional influences for the space in a nod to the restaurant’s boldly creative cuisine. The menu draws from CHICA’s Miami and Las Vegas locations and also showcases new dishes, allowing guests to explore the bold flavors of Latin American with influences from Venezuela, Peru, Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina, and beyond.
Once you get a taste of Chef Lorena cooking, there’s no going back. The “Al Pastor” Ribs are a standout on CHICA’s menu, earning its reputation as “The Smoke Show.” A collection of pork ribs is beautifully seasoned, stacked and presented under a smoke-filled dome. The Instagram-ready dish is a true showstopper that offers a feast for all senses.
Equally attention-grabbing, CHICA’s famed dessert, The Flaming Skull is the talk of Aspen. This handmade work of edible art is ignited tableside, causing the white chocolate skull to melt and reveal a lava cake, served alongside horchata ice cream and corn marshmallows. Hot in popularity and in temperature, guests can watch sweets sparking up all night long.
Confections aren’t the only thing igniting, the spicy vibes of CHICA Nights illuminates the night on Friday and Saturday evenings with exotic performers, live musicians and famed Latin flavors. Taking guests on all-night excursion, the electrifying experience seamlessly blends delicious dishes, hand-crafted cocktails, and a dynamic dancefloor for one unforgettable party.
