These Aspen yoga and exercise studios are offering streaming classes so you can keep moving in your living room.
1. Aspen Shakti
Aspen Shakti is offering live streaming of classes from some of the studio’s favorite instructors. Additionally, it’s hosting a YouTube channel where it will archive everything from moving meditations to vinyasa flow classes. And, anyone needing to recharge through the alchemy spa can do so virtually through one-on-one consults.
2. CycleBar
You don’t need a stationary bike at home to partake in some of CycleBar’s virtual classes. The national studio is offering everything from meditations and fitness workouts from home, to live rides. Check its Instagram TV channel for updates.
3. O2 Aspen
Because you can’t access O2 Aspen’s beautiful downtown studio right now, enjoy it from your living room. There are five free classes currently on the studio’s YouTube channel, with more to come. Followed O2’s social feeds (@o2aspen) as more classes are offered and streamed live. Once the studio reopens, treat yourself to a massage in the spa.

Fans of the bar method workout can still tone their muscles without entering the studio. Nationally, Pure Barre will post videos from some of its top instructors, and local instructors are streaming online through Facebook and Instagram live during scheduled times.
5. Higher Terrain
The fitness studio is posting Lagree, HIIT and Pilates live on its Instagram TV (@higherterrainaspen). For those who want some one-on-one attention, Higher Terrain instructors are booking private virtual sessions through Zoom (call 970.230.5816). And, Flex Pilates Aspen can be booked for virtual sessions services too.
